We have a pay-as-you-train system, which works for you, with an investment of $40 for a 30 minute private session. Alternatively, to make it even more affordable, you can get some friends or work colleagues together for a group session with your trainer.

You may be wondering how many training sessions you need? This all depends on your training goals, time frame to reach them, budget, commitment and time availability. We have people that use Impact once a month to write a home program and go through new exercises as well as get their body fat and measurements assessed.
We also have people that train with us 5 days a week. The majority of the people that work with us train 1-3 times a week either privately or in a small group and find that works best for them. Training with a partner or as a small group keeps costs down and allows you to get the results you are looking for by getting your training in consistently every week.
Remember to get results and see a change you need to be weight training twice a week.
