The trainers are all trained and guided by a proven system developed by Craig Blythman, Commonwealth medalist in weightlifting, and head personal trainer here at Impact. This system is designed to give you the most enjoyable, easiest and quickest results you want in a friendly, supportive environment.We know the fastest and most efficient way to get results is by exercising only 30 minutes at least twice a week, with a full body workout using complete range of movements, while focussing on posture.
