Michelle is the newest member of the Impact team, bringing a fresh view on how a gradual encounter with health and fitness can change a persons outlook on life. As a mother of three teenagers, she has the understanding and drive to take clients on a path to fitness, with a special empathy for those that may be initially challenged by the first steps. She is a fantastic example of one's life being changed by discovering exercise, commencing her training eleven years ago, to being on the way to competing in Body Sculpting competitions. Michelle maintains her own fitness with resistance training for muscle development, running and walking. Simon has been at Impact since early 2008, and has been a trainer since the year 2000. He started his sporting life in high school, trying Olympic weightlifting when he was just fourteen. He won a number of junior and national titles through the 1990s, culminating in a bronze medal at the 1998 Commonwealth Games in Kuala Lumpur. Simon loves training and putting others through their paces, finding the results people attain with hard work extremely satisfying. IMPACT AFL Footy Tipping Round 14 Update
Finally an easier week of tipping with most of the favourites winning. Many people tipped 8 this week, and also therefore collected the bonus point for doing so. The big winner of the week was Laura Furlong, who backed 7 winners using her Power Round netting her a whopping 14, clearly the best use of the Power Round yet. Of the 7 people who backed all winners, 6 of them did so by using their Home Round, only Rick Perks actually selected each and every winner. At the top of the table, Doc Worrell has pulled out in front again after her 9, this time taking the lead by 2 ahead of Sarah Sofi. At the bottom, Rick Perks' 9 takes him out of the cellar, to be replaced by The Cruickshanks. No one was eliminated from the Knockout this week.
